This restaurant recently reopened with new owners introducing brighter lighting and an open kitchen, plus a new menu of creative Cantonese cuisine. A. Big windows allow diners and passers-by to watch Executive Chef Tony Song and his team in action.
B. New dishes include Roasted Chicken with Crispy Skin (NT$600/whole, NT$360/half),which takes over a day to marinate and prepare; Stir-Fried Beef Rice Noodles (NT$160), combining handmade rice noodles and tender beef slices; and Ka Fei Beef Short Ribs (NT$280), cooked in a special blend of white sauce and curry paste.
C. Starry Rice Rolls with Signature Sauce (NT$80) are handmade daily and presented with a beautiful star-like arrangement. Each bite of Special Prawn Pockets wrapped in Dragon Whiskers (NT$130/piece)--served in a piece of fresh lettuce and drizzled with mango sauce--blends thin shreds of crunchy flour whiskers, refreshing lettuce and delicious prawn. |
