Starting out as a traditional afternoon market stall, this eatery's high-quality ingredients and reasonable prices have led to success and this new storefront location with modern bamboo decor. The chef puts his excellent skills to use to transform the fresh catch of the day into dishes that include Nigiri Sushi (NT$35-NT$180), sushi cones (from NT$45) and set meals (NT$380-$1,280). --By Niang Chen, translated by S. A. Yuge Set Meal (NT$1,280) is a succulent seafood feast with over nine delicately-prepared items, including salmon roe yam noodles, a matsuba crab meat hand-rolled sushi cone, baked prawn nigiri, goose liver and beef nigiri, salmon belly uni, salmon roll, and angel prawn miso soup.

B. Deluxe Sashimi Platter (NT$1,380) includes nine kinds of fresh sashimi, such as cobia, salmon, tuna, swordfish, uni, abalone, angel prawns and scallops.

C. Executive chefs Chen and Lu both look young, but have over 10 years of culinary experience and combine a youthful passion with great skill.
