Located on the 26th floor of a tall office building, Bello provides amazing views of Dadu Mountain on one side and Maple Valley Park on the other. The beautiful city skyline makes this a great place for evening dining and menu options include pasta entrees, set meals with soup and appetizers, and a variety of other side dishes. Provence style Braised Lamb Shank (NT$789) is broiled for three hours with onions, carrots and red wine, while another signature dish, Quesadillas with Beef and Salsa (NT$309), is stuffed with beef, onions, red peppers, cheese and jalapeno peppers. --By Sharon Chang, translated by S. A. Minestrone (NT$179), Seasonal Soup (NT$189), Hawaii Fruit Tea (NT$150/pot), Rooibos Tea (NT$140/pot) and Bruschetta with Grilled Vegetables, Mozzarella Cheese and Smoked Ham (NT$299).

B. Provence style Braised Lamb Shank (NT$789) is extremely tender and flavorful.

C. Pollo Alla Cacciatora (NT$549) includes a chicken leg that is broiled for over 90 minutes, then topped with a special homemade sauce of tomatoes, onions, salt, and peppers.
