Owner Giuseppe's mother, Ginetta, was a top-end chef at an Italian hotel. Her dream was to open a restaurant before she passed away, and her son is finally fulfilling that dream here in Taichung. Together with his Taiwanese wife, the Venice native is honoring Ginetta's memory by offering her style of authentic Italian home cooking at this restaurant. This includes several types of 10-inch handmade pizzas and pasta dishes (NT$198-358), including vegetarian options, all made with imported flour from Italy.
