Macaroni Hub combines macaroni pasta with a truly global mix of flavor and ingredient combinations. The London Underground inspired decor is designed to offer the sense of taking a break, relaxing, and sampling the world's flavors before carrying on. Sicily Station (NT$160) combines macaroni with Bolognese sauce. For a taste of India and Nepal, Kathmandu Station (NT$180) blends macaroni with pork belly and curry, while a recommended spicier option is Szechuan Station (NT$150) with mapo tofu and Sichuan peppers. All dishes include a free side dish and drink. Among other choices are a tasty Pumpkin Soup (NT$60) filled with thick cuts of bacon, mushrooms and house-made croutons, cumin-spiced Chicken Wings (NT$140), and various other fried items. Flavors from the world deserve to be enjoyed with beers from around the world and the options here include American, German, Irish and Thai brews (NT$80-160).
