Sichuanese owner Miss Duan has opened an authentic Sichuan restaurant offering premium home-style dishes made with spices and herbs prepared and shipped from Sichuan by her mother. Authentic Sichuan dishes include Boiled Sichuan Fish, Steamed Fish with Diced Hot Red Peppers, Fish with Pickled Vegetables, Sour and Spicy Vermicelli, and Kung-Pao Chicken. Other Taiwanese-flavored delicacies include appetizers and vegetable, tofu, meat, seafood and noodle selections. Boiled Fish (NT$380) features tender-textured perch topped with an authentic, thick, handmade spicy sauce made with pepper and over 20 spices in a mouthwatering mix of flavors. The succulent Braised Beef Brisket (NT$350) is simmered in spicy sauce, while the exquisite Steamed Chicken with Chilli Sauce and Egg White (NT$280) is served with fresh scallions, peanuts and white sesame. Classic appetizer Beef and Ox Tripe in Chilli Sauce (NT$300) is prepared with beef stomach, heart, tongue and tripe and broiled in spicy sauces.
