This striking little hang-out is already a few months old and falls into the classification of a "talking bar", where customers (usually male) sit around, chat and drink with hostesses.  What sets X Heart apart, though, is its far-out interior design, with its darkened, back-lit ambiance and bar, and three levels connected by winding stairs and passageways and filled with all kinds of nooks and crannies, creatively-lit chairs and tables, neon-colored decorations and so on.  This friendly place has no cover charge, but a minimum NT$300 (plus 10%) bill per customer.  Beers are NT$180 and most other drinks are NT$200.  For eating, there's the NT$300 Chinese-style "Three Cups" Chicken, NT$200 spaghetti, various snacks for NT$150 to NT$200 and other items.  X Heart is located on the corner of Tatun Road and Tatun 16th Street, together with two other similarly small and cozy "talking bars".
