Bar: NIU'S BAR
Bartender: Lu
Cocktail: Flame dance
Have you always wanted to go out for a drink but don't know where to go? If you find lounge bars to be too quiet and discos too noisy, then Niu's Bar is the place for you. Run by the musician Niu Da-Ke, whom everyone knows as "Papa Niu", this bar mainly plays oldies from between 1960 to 1989. Bartender Lu showed us a cocktail that she considers to be great, the aptly named "Flame Dance". Made from 11 strong liquors and four kinds of fruit juices, the strong alcoholic content is masked by the sweetness of the five sweet liqueurs used. The 500cc content packs a punch, so those of you who can't really hold your liquor, beware, you will have a long hazy night ahead of you.
