If you're feeling thirsty or looking for a good time, then the all-you-can-drink set-up of Lobby is surely the place to go. And if you like the sound of cocktails like Melon Groove, Paradise, or Sweet Heart, then you shouldn't have too much trouble finding a drink you like within the wide selection of 26 cocktails . And if you're more of a "classic" drinker, a beer, a gin & tonic, or a vodka-lime might quench your thirst.
To give you a sample of Lobby, bartender Holly is introducing two cocktails, Infatuation and Joseph, which are among 14 cocktails exclusive to Lobby.
Ladies first, with sweet Infatuation:
- 1 oz peach liqueur
- 1 oz strawberry liqueur
- Cranberry juice
- Ice cubes
Mix all ingredients together, serve over ice in a highball glass.
As for the gentlemen, they might enjoy a Joseph:
- 1 oz tequila
- 0.5 oz lime
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 7-Up or other lemon-lime soda
- Ice cubes
Mix alcohol on top of ice. Fill remainder of glass with ice cubes.
