In a somewhat schizophrenic arrangement, this attractive stand-alone establishment, located next to Chungshan Hall, is two separate businesses--a cafe by day and a sports/darts bar by night--with comfortable, glass-walled indoor area and a big outdoor deck seating 50-60. Mood Cafe has plenty of light meals, from pasta and risotto to breakfast and sandwiches, plus desserts, illy-brand coffees, teas and fresh juices.
