Taiwan's local alcohol market, now freed from previous restrictions, continues to produce world-class new products. Among the most recent entries, introduced in mid-May, is A-1 Ice Vodka Mixed Drink. This tasty, lemon-flavored, vodka-based drink follows a popular formula introduced to Taiwan by well-known foreign brand names. The beverage's light, fruity flavor is sure to make it a hit with both male and female consumers. If all goes according to plan, blueberry and strawberry versions of this 4-percent alcohol beverage will be introduced in the future. Thanks to the fact that this is made in Taiwan, high-quality comes a much lower price, with the distinctive, purple-colored 520 ml bottles of A-1 selling at most outlets for NT$100 to NT$120.
