This cozy-looking corner establishment is a little bit of
everything—café bar and grocery store. According
to owner Earoel Chiu, the emphasis is on providing unique,
hard-to-find food and drink items. The dining menu includes
wraps (NT$110-130)—made with a tortilla with a choice
of lettuce, tomatoes, olives, sour cream and other additions—with
choices like Roast Beef and Cheese, Turkey Breast and Cheese,
Tuna, and Vegetable. There are also salads, ice cream, floats
(NT$90), and "Cyclone" ice cream mixtures. Coffees,
mostly around NT$95, include the Caramel Macchiato, Frappuccino,
Espresso and others. There are sodas and juices, and plenty
of alcoholic beverages, ranging from cocktails (NT$120-150)
to NT$120 beers and wines, available by the bottle or glass.
A wide range of imported mostly-American food items are stacked
on shelves for purchase—olive oil, Gatorade sports drink,
cereals, Doritos, granola bars, pretzels, jelly beans, dill
pickles and much more. The décor features deep reds
and blues and there are some plush, red sofas in the back
corner, tables, and stool seating at the bar and along the
windows. Zackery's is located on Jing Cheng Road, about half-way
between La Bodega and Finga's.
