In an attempt to cultivate a juice bar culture as popular as Taiwan's coffee craze, iMetta owner Vincent partnered with his father to open this business. Featuring Asian grains, their juice blends offer customers a novel experience for the taste buds and all beverages are made with fresh fruit and healthy honey instead of glucose syrup. The Hawaiian Beach (NT$85 medium, NT$110 large, NT$125 x-large) is blended with fresh orange, apple, pineapple and kumquat, including the well-washed rinds, to retain 100% of the fruit pulp while giving the drink its vibrant color. The Blueberry and Pineapple Smoothie (NT$65 medium, NT$80 large, NT$95 x-large) is a great sweet-and-sour summer option, while the Cranberry and Blueberry Mix (NT$75 medium, NT$95 large, NT$110 x-large), blended with oatmeal and milk for a porridge-like texture, is both delicious and satisfying.
