Laisan, the father of this coffee shop's owner, owns the largest private forest Dongshih District's Hsuehshan Forest Recreation Area and his business motto is, "You drink coffee, I grow trees." At the coffee house, there are cherry blossoms as well as camphor and Taiwan Incense Cedar trees, with coffee trees cultivated in between. The coffee beans roasted here are used in Camphor Coffee (NT$180), Taiwan Incense Cedar Coffee (NT$180) and Italian Latte with fresh cinnamon leaves (NT$140). Food includes the Green Forest Cake (NT$85), made with pine leaves, and Italian-style vegetarian dishes (NT$250-270). Order any beverage before 10:30 a.m. to enjoy a light breakfast for an added NT$10.
