With a name meaning "feeding" in Greek, this American-run shop offers healthy, top-quality breads and pastries, prepared by staff members--including special-needs employees--in a spotless open kitchen. The main specialty is sourdough breads (NT$50-150), from big loaves and bagels (NT$50) and big Cinnamon Rolls (NT$100), using handmade dough made with top-grade French flour and salt and fermented for 30 hours. For those who are extra health-conscious or allergic to wheat, another specialty is wheat-free bread and and pastries, including cakes and muffins, There are also limited-quantity Paninis (NT$200) and healthy "Performance" Coffee (NT$150), touted as boosting brain and body functions and made with grass-fed butter, Medium Chain Triglyceride (MCT) oil and SGS-tested microtoxin-free beans that boosts your brain and body functions, plus honey and maple lattes and decaffeinated coffees.
