Delhi Bistro stands out in a number of ways, offering high-quality food and service for lower prices and doing a good job at adjusting flavors to the Taiwanese palate, which makes it a good option for those who want milder, less-spicy Indian cuisine. A sampling of dishes includes Mix Veg Pokara (NT$120), featuring soft vegetables wrapped in a light and crispy batter and masala seasoning and served with a slightly-sour, creamy green sauce. Another option is Mutton Korma (NT$320), made with a creamy curry sauce and gooey cheese, and slightly spicy, sweet and savory with a hint of cinnamon that plays very well with the other flavors. The succulent and satisfying Tandoori Chicken (NT$320) is barbecued with a dry-rubbed seasoning, while Garlic Naan bread (NT$60)–soft, warm and slightly crispy–is a perfect accompaniment for curry. Custom menus can be designed for larger groups and the friendly staff is always helpful.
