Clear Soup Beef Noodles (NT$900) offers fresh, savory broth that has simmered for a long time, thin noodles, stir-fried vegetables, unbeatable Japanese Hida beef slices, and a specialty sauce made with bone marrow. Braised Beef Noodles (NT$750) is prepared with spare beef ribs from Canada, wide noodles, preserved sour vegetables, and a spicy truffle sauce.
