This little gem, hidden on a small Changhua City alley, offers expertly made cocktails. Sliding doors open to reveal a small bar with a wall full of liquors and four stools. Here, customers get the intimate and up-close experience of watching the owner/bartender mixing drinks with quality liquors and fresh handmade fruit ingredients. There are also a few small tables just outside the bar under an overhang of sorts to accommodate additional guests.
Because there’s no menu, you simply order drinks by name, including the many classic cocktails one would expect like the Mojito, White Russian, Manhattan, and Negroni, to name a few. In addition, the bartender offers a few of his own personal creations, such as Genie in a Lamp－consisting of kaoliang (sorghum) wine, absinthe, 75% dark rum, peach liqueur, and orange juice, served in a Persian-style lamp and shot glass–and is very capable of crafting cocktails according to your tastes.
