This spacious, 5,289-square-meter vegetarian buffet (NT$680 per adult) offers diners interesting views of the city and enjoyable sunsets in addition to a convenient parking lot. The oriental zen-style garden landscaping features pine and cypress trees and a lotus-topped pond, creating a natural, relaxing ambiance. Furthering this effect is a vast dining space filled with wooden decor, paving stones and floor tiles, with artwork adding an artistic, creative feeling. Fresh fruit, vegetables and other healthy dishes displayed on a long, curved buffet include Canadian organic soy milk, handmade tofu, fresh vegetable and fruit juices, and over 10 kinds of milk and soy based ice creams with flavors such as green tea, sesame, almond, and even aromatic, organic rose petals. Among myriad dishes are green salads, handmade cakes, sesame oil noodles, pizzas, Southeast Asian-style curries and seasonal vegetables. Dishes constantly change and even non-vegetarians should enjoy dining in this unique venue. — By Uvia Chang Translated by Anna Yang, Jeffery Hsu
