Youthful owner/chef Chen Guan-ting has worked in the culinary world for over a decade, including stints at numerous famous restaurants, as well as Sydney’s Quay Restaurant, ranked among the world’s top 50. With this experience, he infuses his exquisite dishes with an east-meets-west influence. Besides daytime brunch, this place becomes a bistro at night, serving cocktails and wines to go with creative, hearty and flavorful offerings like Fried Chicken Salad (NT$180), made with sous vide chicken breast and a refreshing Pomelo Vinegar Sauce. Seafood Combo Plate (NT$599-799) is a very tasty dish exuding butter garlic aromas and featuring fresh Chinese Venus (seafood shell), succulent seafood like squid and tiger prawns, and grilled vegetables stir-fried with olive oil and garlic.
