Good
Morning Cafe, originally located on the first floor of Imperial
Hotel Taipei and famous for various Chinese and Western recipes,
is celebrating its movement to the secod floor. Even big appetites
can be filled with Semi-Self-Service Salad Bar, featuring
salad, soup and dessert for NT$300 per person (plus 10% service
charge). In addition, diners may order entrees at discount
prices. These include Mediterranean Vegetable Pizza, Baked
Salmon, Versailles Bacon Spring Chicken and Angus Philip Steak,
priced from NT$40 to NT$300. The chef-recommended salmon is
made by rolling the salmon into a whirlpool-like shape, baking
it, and finally pouring Italian grape vinegar over it. Good
Morning also has US top-grade Angus Phillip Steak, with a
juicy and delicate texture and not too much fat--a great selection
that shouldn't be missed. --By Selena Huang
