Stress
disappears the moment you walk into Chiangmai. Thai woodcarvings
on the wall draw you attention, and the beautifully illuminated
dining space contributes to a pleasant and relaxing experience.
As the name suggests, the cuisine here is based on that
of Chiangmai in northern Thailand. All major ingredients
are imported from Thailand, and the dishes are reasonably
priced. Recommended items include Shrimp Vermicelli Pot
(NT$380), Yunnan Chicken Salad (NT$250), Steamed Lemon Fish
(NT$380), Fried Pork Skin with Chinese Broccoli (NT$150),
and Yunnan Pork Slices (NT$260). --By Aria Chang
