A. Northern Thailand Imperial Palette of Dishes (NT$780) comes with nine dishes presented in gold-bordered china bowls with fried scallops, red hot chili steamed prawns, spicy salmon salad, squid salad, crunchy pork, green curry duck, and northern Thai spicy chicken salad. This dish delivers Thai authentic sour, spicy, fresh, fragrant flavors and can only be enjoyed here.

B. Steamed Salmon and Egg mixed in Red Curry (NT$250), a traditional central Thai dish, is composed of red curry, a myriad of spices, fish and egg sauce. This dish is served with a wooden ladle and is a great match for rice. Rice Flour Pastry with Water Chestnuts and Sweet Coconut Cream (NT$190) provides yummy fruit-shaped jellies, handmade by the chefs here without molds.
