Carnegie's is famous for their popular ladies nights, but few notice the wall of bottles that is the backdrop to the patrons dancing on the bar. A look at their impressively comprehensive cocktail menu shows why this wall of alcohol is not mere decoration; it's necessary. With summer coming along, Carnegie's shared with the secrets to a great red or white Sangria with Taiwan Fun.

Ingredients:
*
1 bottle of red or white Wine
*
1 lemon, thinly sliced
*
1 lime, thinly sliced
*
1 orange, thinly sliced
*
1 apple, cut into wedges
*
12 oz of orange juice
* 6 oz of brandy
*
White Sangria only: 3 oz of sugar syrup
* Sprite
* Ice
Instructions: Pour wine in the pitcher, toss in the fruit slices and wedges, and add brandy (plus sugar if you are preparing White Sangria). Chill overnight. Add some ice and Sprite just before serving.
