        This ice shop has an illustrious fifty-year history, thanks to the founder's hard work. Without dazzling signs, its reputation has spread by word of mouth. One of its first creations, unforgettable to many Tainan residents, is the Grass Lake Popsicle, which is available in seven different flavors. The specialty Red Bean Milk Frost has a fine, snowy consistency, plus red beans with hours of preparation, and creamy condensed milk. "We feature rich flavors and the taste of whole beans. Top quality Popsicles made without regards to cost is our way of not disappointing loyal customers," says the current owner. In addition to the traditional flavors, a new flavor is added each year. The range now includes: Walnut Egg Yolk Popsicle (NT$15), White Yam Popsicle (NT$15), Red Bean Popsicle (NT$10), Green Bean Popsicle (NT$10), Rice Cake Popsicle (NT$10), Milk Popsicle (NT$13), Mango Popsicle (NT$13), and Chocolate Popsicle (NT$13).
