VISITOR RATINGS & REVIEWS Let's
get one thing straight: La Boheme is in no way bohemian. This is
not a bad thing. With shiny cars lined up outside and happy people
inside, this stylish coffee shop seems like a trendy place to hang
out. The building is hard to miss: Large, boxy and orange on the
outside, the bright commodious interior is exposed by five very
large glass windows. There's a garden area with palm trees, several
tables, and a painted backdrop. Teas, coffees, and ice slushes start
at NT$65. The kitchen supplies finger snacks such as Onion Rings
(NT$60) and Spicy Chicken Wings (NT$90). From 11:30 am to 2 pm,
and again from 5:30 pm to 9 pm there's a good selection of set meals
(NT$180 to NT$250) and hot pots (NT$220 to NT$280). No wall separates
the inside area from the outside, making the former almost as airy
as the splendid open patio in the back, but with freshly-ground
coffee scenting the air, and more comfortable seating, its perhaps
the place to be.
