After a lazy stroll along the Love River, why not stop for
a healthy treat at The Vegetable Restaurant on Wufu 3rd Road?
Here you'll find the menu as refreshing and unique as a cool
evening breeze along the river's edge. The menu, partly inspired
by a chef native to Hong Kong, is presented in a very readable
style in both Chinese and English. It contains some of the
most distinct recipes in the city. Formatted as set meals,
each includes a salad bar, bread roll, soup, drink and dessert
(priced between NT$260- NT$460) and is anchored by a specially
chosen main dish.
A variety of mushrooms are on display here”Šeach
dish is prepared with items like Shiitake mushrooms, Almond
Abalone mushrooms, or the Bamboo mushroom ?enough to entice
any gourmet. Other main dishes on the menu include Jadeite
Yam Balls, Sweet and Sour Cod Fish Steak, and Cantonese-style
hot-pots, most of which are complimented by a generously cooked
portion of carrots, yellow peppers and broccoli. The Vegetable
Restaurant comes equipped with a group seating space for up
to 15 people.
