The open-style kitchen at Full House Pasta
was the idea of head chef Xu Rong Sheng. Apart from allowing
the chefs to see the appreciative faces of happy customers,
watching the action going on in the clean and brightly-lit
kitchen space makes waiting fun. There are a variety of pastas,
risottos, lasagnas and homemade pizzas to choose from. Pasta
sauces are made fresh on a daily basis. Creamy white sauces
are made from fresh cream and cheeses. Red sauces are made
from fresh tomatoes and various vegetables slow cooked for
two hours. Fragrant pesto sauces are a perfect combination
of basil and pine nuts. These delicious sauces are combined
with fresh seafood, vegetables, chicken, bacon or other imported
ingredients. The set menu comes with a creamy soup made from
top grade spices and cream, also a fresh salad, homemade gelato
and a drink. They also offer delivery service. |
