Billiechick is a very famous chain store which started up in Taiwan approximately 10 years ago by local celebrity Billie Chen (Chen Mei Fung). She is a widely popular host for a famous food tasting program in Taiwan. Her stardom definitely helped her cake shop quickly build up its reputation during the early years of operation. However, her innovative designed cakes and truly delicious cakes are the key to her continued success. Billiechick has now become synonymous with creativity in cake design. However, the quality of their cakes should not be overlooked. Take their cheese cake for example; it is extremely rich in cheese flavor and has a thick layer of crust to accompany its rich cheese. The texture of Billiechick's cheesecake is quite hard. Its higher selling price of NT$58 is justifiable, due to its use of high quality ingredients and its generous use of natural ingredients. Definitely a must-try, as it has an ideal level of sweetness and cheese flavor plus a decent layer of crust.

The master cake makers at Billiechick, having already positioned themselves as pioneers in creatively designed cakes, are pushing themselves even further. They are now creating innovative cake recipes and ingredient combinations, in the hope to deliver to their customers, the most innovative cakes ever. Take their coffee flavor cheese cake, for example; the coffee flavor and the cheese flavor blend in perfectly with each other, making their coffee cheese cake a treat to have at all occasions. The coffee cheese cake literally melts in your mouth, and will definitely have you going back for a second slice. Traditionally, people drink coffee with their cheesecake. Taking this idea, the master cake makers at Billiechick combined the two ingredients and made the perfect cheesecake that cannot be missed by any devoted cheesecake fan out there. Although it is the most expensive out of the four cheese cakes I sample tasted, this cake is definitely worth every extra NT it is charging!
