Strictly speaking, this is not a Western restaurant as people from Western countries would understand the term, but a pleasant eatery/coffee-shop with five kinds of spaghetti on the menu. In addition to bolognaise, tomato, and other familiar options (all priced NT$150 to NT$200), there is one unusual and intriguing dish: Black Noodle Seafood Spaghetti (NT$200). As its name suggests, this spaghetti is black, and it comes with prawns, calamari, mussels, garlic and red chili. In fact, there are more non-Western than Western items on the menu, among them two rice dishes (including a vegetarian option for NT$150), and a whole slew of one-person hot pots. The drinks menu is extensive, and meals include a free tea or ice coffee. There are only eight tables, most of which are not ideally arranged if gazing at the busy MinSheng-JungShan intersection is your goal. Smoking is permitted. --By Steven Crook, translated by Iya Chen
