Fresh, quick-frozen White Shrimp from Budao township are used in 30 delicious dishes here. Spicy/non-spicy hot pots are also available. The buffet (NT$439 weekdays lunch, NT$499 dinner/weekend lunch) features a wide variety of hot dishes, fruit bar, and drinks. Four to five shrimp dishes may be ordered at a time, with more available after guests finish what they ordered. Dining time is limited to 120 minutes. --By Niang Chen, translated by Sho Huang

A. Exquisite, all-you-can-eat shrimp dishes have many flavors.

B. The novel-flavored Hong Lu Jiu Shrimps is prepared with Hong Lu Jiu-red yeast rice liquor, sesame oil, ginger and Chinese medicinal herbs. Citron Shallot Shrimps is a wonderful citrus-flavored dish while Garlic Shrimps goes perfectly with liquor.

J. Shrimp BuffetC. This red spicy broth is prepared with over 50 Chinese herbs and spices, resulting in wonderful fragrances and a delightful, tongue-numbing spiciness. The white broth--made with sugar cane, vegetables and fruit--is perfect for anything from green veggies to meat.
