This quiet hangout, tucked away on a quiet tree-lined street, is a unique late night cafe, lounge and restaurant that serves as a great place to sit with friends for a meal, light snacks, cup of coffee, craft beer or cocktail. Coffury’s chef specializes in curry and his homemade blends of spices always compliment dishes without overpowering the flavors of other ingredients. Priced from NT$280-320, the curry dishes change every couple of weeks but are always guaranteed to feature local ingredients. The Beef Noodles (NT$280) is loaded with tender beef from Kinmen island, served in a flavorful broth with chopped carrots and turnips.
Fruit Juices (NT$150) are blended to order and coffees (NT$100-180) range from Espresso to African Drip coffee. Among alcoholic options are local craft beers (NT$220-280) like Alechemist and cocktails, varying from simple to complex. I highly recommend the Pineapple Iced Tea (NT$260) cocktail, which starts sweet, finishes tart and warms your throat like a fine whiskey, and tingles in your mouth the whole time.
