Finga’s Restaurants

From our archives, Compass Magazine, Sep. 2002:

By Ni-Ang Chen Translated by Patricia Li

As one walks into Finga’s, it is obvious that the restaurant is really as unique as its name. The menu holds over 20 to 30 distinctive kinds of cold cuts and hot subs including the salami and provolone sub (NT$160), the turkey and avocado sub (NT$160) and the New York meatball sub, wrapped in French bread (NT$180). The owner boasts that the items on the menu are favorites of customers from the past decade and that the quality and flavors cannot get any better. Therefore, even if it¡¦s a first visit to Finga’s, treat it like home and don¡¦t be afraid to ask questions. In addition, Finga’s offers a vast selection of homemade bread for the subs, including wheat, Italian, sour dough, walnut and many more. Finga’s also offers take out service. Whether its a salad, bread, cold or hot subs or sandwiches, a simple call or order in person will allow you to enjoy a scrumptious meal from Finga’s at home.
