On an airplane or while traveling.

At a language school, because I think it is the best and safest place to meet men.

In a bookstore, because men who like to read are more likely to be intellectual and better conversationalists.

2.What’s your favorite pick-up line?
“Do you know of any good restaurants nearby?”

If I see someone I would like to meet in a bookstore, I would probably ask him if he had read a particular book.
