Although it’s been seven years since this restaurant opened, its premises are still enriched with its interesting background, passion and art, offering diners a friendly ambiance to enjoy food and drink. When not preparing quality dining fare, the chef enjoys studying the culture of exotic cuisine and wine, and befriending the many customers drawn to this place.
There is a wide range of entrees to choose from for seasonal lunch/dinner set meals. These include Roast Pork Short-Ribs (lunch NT$490, dinner NT$540); Linguine with Lobster (lunch NT$900, dinner NT$950); Japanese Wagyu Beef; and the daily special (prices can vary). All sets come with a handmade baguette, salad, soup, tea or coffee, and (only during dinner) a dessert. Every dish is prepared with the chef’s inventive inspirations and Burgundy wines are offered to pair with food. Occasional wine-tasting events are also organized and all are welcome to join these by reservation.
