This new store is the first Taichung outlet for a successful island chain of all-natural, organic bakeries. Through glass windows, customers can watch freshly-baked goods being prepared with organic ingredients, sans any sort of chemicals or preservatives. There are all sorts of breads, including loaves, scones (NT$36), muffins (NT$25), ready-to-bake pizzas, hot dog buns and rolls. Other non-bread items include Canadian maple syrup, virgin olive oil, French fruit jams and a Danish beer-like, non-alcoholic Vita-Malt drink.
