Popular dishes include the award-winning fresh, aromatic Mushroom and Lamb Casserole (NT$500) prepared with Pleurotus mushrooms, king mushrooms and dried mushrooms simmered with 10 kilograms of lamb meat. Another top pick, Fresh Fish Roll with Eggs (NT$560) is prepared with perch and scallions, steamed with tofu for a fresh, tender final product, while the deep-fried Broiled Eel with Chestnuts (NT$720) is also very savory and chewy.
