This spacious brunch restaurant, whose English name is a play on the Chinese name of its city district, has a two-floor interior tastefully decorated with light blue and tan colors and light-wood highlights. There is seating for about 60 in pleasant downstairs cafe-style setting and relaxing upstairs living room-style areas, complete with sofas, coffee tables and lamps. The creatively-presented, tasty light meals here include sweet and savory toast items like Golden Prosperous Toast with Pineapple Jam (NT$95, NT$185 set with salad, fruit and tea) and Slowly-Simmered Caramel with Apple Toast (NT$145/235). The Thick Bacon with Maple Syrup Croissant Sandwich (NT$250) comes with fruit, honey yogurt and fries on the side, and meal entrees include the popular Uncrazy Curry Rice (NT$250), with a pleasingly-spicy dark curry, fried chicken strips and salad. Some exceptional drinks include Sweet Potato Milk and Creme Taro Milk (NT$75), plus Creme Oolong with Richly-Flavored Panna Cotta (NT$80), which has you sucking up savory milk tea and panna cotta through your straw.
